There are hundreds of languages in the world, but a smile speaks them all

A smile not only crosses geographic boundaries, it also crosses the boundaries of culture, background, age and beliefs. What’s more, it works the same magic in them all!!!

A warm smile can make a child feel better, as surely as it can cheer up an old man. It can soften hearts and firm up commitments,. It can mend friendships and break tensions. It can reassure and giver support. It can say “I love you” and “Congratulations”. It can make deals. It can make friendships. It can make memories or even make your day.

But perhaps, most important of all, a smile can make the world a better place for the person who gives it – you!!!

My smile makes this world a better place

"Courage is not the absence of fear"; courage is acting in spite of fear

We all feel fear at sometime or another, it cannot be denied, Fear is a natural emotion in the face of possible danger, whether it’s the risk from actions that could threaten our lives, or from new experiences that could threaten our happiness.

A courageous woman acknowledges the fear she feels and is determined not to let it stand in her way. Become that woman!

Accept that risk is the price you pay for the chance of new opportunities and new beginnings, when you acknowledge your fear and push past it, you’ll reach all your goals

I have pushed past my fear with courage

Inspire yourself!!! Dress up your space

Most likely you have a place where you spend most of your day, either your desk at work or a nook at home, If it’s dull, cluttered or messy, your mood tends to be the same.

Look around. It may just be time to make some changes. Any positive adjustment to your environment will affect the way you feel.

What can you do to spice up your space and make it more pleasing? For starters you could plant, some fragrant flowers or even a photograph of yourself in a special place.

Whatever you do, make sure it brings a smile, both on the outside and the inside.

My surroundings inspire me

Appreciate the women under your skin

The nurturing, caring, mother... the passionate, exciting vamp... The romantic dreamer... the playful child… the determined go-getter... the loyal friend - all these women and more are inside you.

Acknowledge and treasure each one!

Give each of your inner women time and opportunity to surface, for each has wonderful things to offer and makes you so lovable.

Make time for nurturing and passion and romance. Follow your goals and let nothing stop you. Find opportunities for friendship and fun. Respect all your inner womanly strengths and values.

Be proud of these things, for together they create one truly amazing woman.

That woman is you!

I am proud of who I am

Do you set goals then fail to achieve them

Too many failed attempts may lead to frustration. Eventually, you either stop setting goals or surrender to the failures that overcome you. Overtime, avoiding disappointment becomes easier than setting new goals, altogether your heart wonders, what’s the use in trying?

Let your next goal be different, Before you start, break your ultimate goal into smaller goals, This way you’re placing your expectation of success on your immediate goal, rather than the whole project.

By breaking down your goal into bit size pieces, the whole can be achieved much more easily with each milestone, you feel energized and motivated to keep on going.

Instead of being stressed, frustrated, and disappointed you can now feel good, because you have a doable method to achieve your goals that works like magic!

Yes I achieve my goals by breaking them into BITE SIZE pieces.
